UK Standard Deliveries - £3.50 (3 to 5 working days)

EU Tracked Deliveries - £8.95 (up to 10 days)

If you have purchased an item through our website and wish to return it, please contact us at Info@wildchildlondon.co.uk

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any item returned MUST be sent back in perfect condition. It must not have been worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Returned Items of this nature will not be returned to the customer unless they pay postage costs. If the item fails to meet these criteria then we reserve the right to refund the item.

We recommend using a tracked service so the item can be monitored, and you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once the goods are received and checked, you will receive a refund for the returned item(s). 

Faulty Items

Here at Wildchild London we manufacture products to the highest standards but we do understand that occasionally errors can occur. If you believe your purchase is faulty please contact us on info@wildchildlondon.co.uk. Unfortunately we do not exchange or refund on items older than 6 months old.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has been dispatched we will be unable to change of cancel it.
